What size of business do you work with?
Mostly small and mid-sized businesses in the Ottawa area: single offices, restaurants, retail stores, clinics and companies with a handful of locations. If you have between a few and a few hundred people relying on your technology, we're a good fit.
Can you work with the equipment we already have?
Often, yes. We start by looking at what's in place. If your existing equipment is sound and still supported, we'll build on it. If something is holding you back or putting you at risk, we'll explain why and what we'd replace it with.
We already have an IT provider. Is it hard to switch?
It's usually simpler than people expect. We handle the handover: gathering passwords and documentation, taking over monitoring, and making sure nothing is missed. Your staff shouldn't notice much beyond a new number to call.
Do you come on site?
Yes. Many issues can be fixed remotely within minutes, but installations, cabling and anything hands-on are done in person across Ottawa and the surrounding region.
Can we use you for just one service?
Of course. Some clients come to us for a phone system or a camera installation and nothing else. Many find it easier to have one team look after everything, but there's no obligation.
How does pricing work?
Projects such as installations are quoted up front, so you know the cost before work starts. Ongoing services are billed monthly. We'll walk you through both after a short conversation about what you need.
