Managed Guest Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi your customers and visitors can use freely, kept completely separate from your staff devices, payment terminals, cameras and speakers.

Customers expect Wi-Fi. In a mechanic shop it keeps people happy while they wait for their car. In an office it lets visitors and contractors get online without a fuss. In a coffee shop it's part of the reason people come in and stay. Done properly, it's a small thing that makes your business nicer to deal with.
Done badly, it's an open door. The setup we find most often is a single Wi-Fi password shared by everyone and everything: staff, the point-of-sale system, the security cameras and every guest who has ever asked for it. That password never gets changed, so past customers and former employees still have it. Everyone who connects is on the same network as your till and your cameras, and their devices can see yours.
The example we see most is the shop's wireless speakers. If they support AirPlay, any customer in the waiting area can see them on their phone and play whatever they like through them. That one is mostly embarrassing, but it shows the real problem: if guests can reach the speakers, they can reach everything else on that network too.
That's where a shared network turns small weaknesses into real ones. Many camera systems and recorders are still running the username and password they shipped with, which anyone can look up. So are plenty of routers. Printers are usually open to anything on the network, and we've seen exposed ones run through paper and toner on pages nobody in the office sent. On their own network those shortcuts are a modest risk. On a network you hand out to the public, anyone sitting in your waiting area is one search away from watching your camera feeds or changing your router's settings. It doesn't take a skilled attacker, only a curious customer or an infected laptop that someone brought in.
We give guests their own network. They get online easily, and that's all they get. Your business systems sit on a separate network guests can't see or reach, and we manage both so it stays that way.
What's included
Managed Guest Wi-Fi, handled properly.
A truly separate guest network
Guests reach the internet and nothing else. Your payment terminals, cameras, computers, printers and speakers are on a different network they can't see.
Guests kept apart from each other
Each guest device is isolated from the others, so one customer's laptop can't snoop on or interfere with another's.
Easy to join
A simple password, a QR code on the counter, or a branded sign-in page with your terms of use. Whichever suits your business, customers connect in seconds.
Your business comes first
Speed limits on the guest network mean a customer streaming video in the waiting room never slows down your till, your phones or your staff.
Change the password without the chaos
The guest password can be changed as often as you like without touching a single staff device, terminal or camera. Or skip the shared password altogether and hand each customer a one-time access code that expires on its own.
Managed and monitored
We keep the equipment updated, watch for problems and adjust the setup as your space or your customer numbers change.
