Our story
Why DTK exists.
DTK Technical Solutions is a managed service provider based in Ottawa. We look after the technology that local businesses depend on every day: the network, the Wi-Fi, the phones, the email, the cameras and the screens on the wall.
We started DTK because we kept seeing the same thing. A business would have one company for internet, another for phones, someone's nephew for the website and nobody at all for the network that ties them together. When something broke, each provider blamed the other, and the owner was left in the middle.
Our answer is simple: one team that understands how all of it fits together and takes responsibility for the result. We design systems properly, install them neatly, document what we've done, and stay around to support it.

Labelled cables, documented settings, equipment suited to the job. Work done properly the first time costs less than work done twice.
