Hospitality
Technology for coffee shops and cafés.
Guest Wi-Fi, a network that keeps the till running, menu boards, cameras, phones and a website for coffee shops and cafés, set up around the counter, the tables and the patio.

In a coffee shop the Wi-Fi is part of what you sell. People choose where to sit for an hour partly on whether they can get online, and they notice when they can't.
The same connection also runs the business. The till, the card terminals, the tablets that take online orders, the music and the cameras all depend on it, and in most cafés they share one network and one password with every customer who has ever asked for it. A full room of laptops then slows down the till, and anyone at a table is on the same network as your payment equipment.
We separate the two. Customers get Wi-Fi that's easy to join and can't reach anything behind the counter, and the equipment you rely on gets a network of its own that we keep an eye on. From there we can add menu boards, cameras, phones and a website, with one team to call for all of it.
Where we work
Every part of the business, covered.

At the counter
Tills and card terminals on a network of their own, so the line keeps moving.

At the tables
Wi-Fi customers can join in seconds, with no path to anything behind the counter.

On the patio
Coverage that reaches the outdoor seating, not only the tables nearest the router.
Solutions
Our services, set up for hospitality.
Take one, or have us look after everything so it all works together.

Managed Guest Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi your customers can join in seconds, kept completely apart from the till, the card terminals and the speakers.
- A QR code on the counter or the tables, so staff aren't reading out a password all day
- Or a branded sign-in page with your terms of use
- Speed limits, so a table of laptops never slows down a sale
- A guest password you can change without touching the till or the terminals
- The shop's speakers and TVs kept out of reach of customers' phones

Managed Networks & Wi-Fi
A network built around the counter, so the equipment that takes orders and payments stays up through the morning rush.
- Tills and card terminals on their own network, wired where possible
- Payments and online orders given priority over everything else
- Access points placed for the seating area, the back room and the patio
- Optional backup internet, so card payments keep going when the main connection drops
- We watch the connection and often know about a problem before you do

Digital Signage
Menu boards you can change in minutes, with no reprinting when a price changes or a special sells out.
- Prices and items updated from a web browser
- Menus scheduled by time of day, such as breakfast and lunch
- Seasonal drinks and promotions on screen the day they start
- Screens mounted cleanly, with power and cabling concealed

Video Surveillance
Cameras over the till, the door and the back room, with footage you can find in seconds when the count is off or a delivery goes missing.
- Coverage planned for the counter, the entrance, the stock room and the back door
- AI event detection that picks out people, so you skip straight to the moment
- Alerts when someone is inside after closing
- Live and recorded video on your phone, wherever you are
- Cameras on their own network, out of reach of guest Wi-Fi

VoIP Phone Systems
One number for the shop that gets answered, without tying anyone to a phone behind the counter.
- A greeting with your hours and location, so staff aren't interrupted for the basics
- Calls that ring the shop and your mobile together
- Voicemail delivered to your inbox for catering and large orders
- Your existing number kept, with no phone system to buy

Custom Websites
A simple, fast website with what people look for on their phone before they walk over: your menu, your hours and where to find you.
- A single page is often all a café needs
- Menu, hours, location and photos, easy to read on a phone
- A matching Google Business Profile, so nearby customers find you
- A contact form for catering and event enquiries
- New hours or a new menu updated for you

Business Email
Email at your shop's name for suppliers, catering orders and job applicants, in place of a personal account.
- Addresses like info@ and catering@ that more than one person can answer
- Mailboxes that belong to the shop and stay with it when a manager leaves
- Spam and phishing protection
- Existing mail and contacts moved over for you
